Mission First Legal exists to defend those who served this nation — when the institutions they served turn their power against them.

We represent service members, veterans, and federal officers facing politicized enforcement, selective prosecution, and bureaucratic retaliation. We take cases that matter. Cases that set precedent. Cases that draw a line and force the government to remember its limits.

Because service to this country should never be repaid with persecution.
